Spring Balancer Operating Instructions:
1. Select a spring balancer model matching the weight of tools/attachments.
2. Before suspension, securely connect the safety lanyard.
3. Adjust the main worm gear:
◦ Rotate clockwise to increase balancing force / counterclockwise to decrease.
◦ Achieve tool neutral balance throughout its stroke range.
◦ NEVER exceed or underload the rated capacity.
4. To remove tools:
◦ Pull out the stop pin lever → Rotate 30° clockwise → Lock in groove → Detach tool.
5. Avoid idle pulling/unwinding to prevent wire rope derailment or jamming.
Safety Precautions:
During disassembly:
First rotate worm gear counterclockwise to release spring tension.
Perform monthly inspections:
Check for loose fasteners.
Inspect upper/lower hooks for impact damage/cracks.
Verify safety lanyard integrity.
Examine housing/drum for cracks/excessive wear.
Test locking mechanism functionality.
For long-term storage:
Unload spring force → Store in dry conditions → Prevent coil spring rust.
