Before lifting, clean the surface of the workpiece thoroughly. Remove any rust scale or sharp protrusions. Align the lifter's centerline with the workpiece's center of gravity. Position the lifter on the workpiece surface, then rotate the handle from the "OFF" position toward "ON" until it reaches the limit pin. Verify that the safety latch on the handle has engaged automatically before lifting.

Operating Instructions for Permanent Magnetic Lifter

1. Before lifting, clean the surface of the workpiece thoroughly. Remove any rust scale or sharp protrusions. Align the lifter's centerline with the workpiece's center of gravity. Position the lifter on the workpiece surface, then rotate the handle from the "OFF" position toward "ON" until it reaches the limit pin. Verify that the safety latch on the handle has engaged automatically before lifting.

2. During operation:

DO NOT exceed the rated load capacity.

STRICTLY PROHIBIT personnel from passing under suspended loads.

Workpiece and ambient temperature must not exceed 80°C (176°F).

Avoid violent vibrations or impacts.

3. When lifting cylindrical workpieces, position the lifter to make transverse contact with the workpiece surface.

4. After lifting:
Press the handle release button inward to disengage the safety key from the safety pin. Rotate the handle from "ON" to "OFF" until it reaches the limit pin. This deactivates the lifter and releases the workpiece.

5. Important notice:
If the lifter is not positioned on a ferromagnetic workpiece, significantly greater force will be required to operate the handle.
